“At last month’s Miami City Commission meeting, I spotted Ron Book, one of Florida’s most powerful lobbyists, sitting in the front row, in full view, texting with Commission Chairwoman Christine King — while she was on the dais conducting the meeting!"
"I made a live public records request that day for Commissioner King’s text messages and discovered that Book was advocating (though not registered to lobby) on behalf of Playmates Strip Club — whose owners were indicted last September for 79 crimes in an $8 million tax fraud scheme for allegedly bribing a New York auditor with lap dances at Tootsie’s Cabaret in Miami Gardens and other fine adult entertainment establishments.”
As seen in the screen below, there is a text exchange DURING a 12/11/2025 Miami city council meeting in which Book sends a photo of himself boarding a private jet with a shit-eating grin on his face. Book eventually got what he wanted and the agenda was moved up ust for him.
Gee, I wonder what his bimbo daughter thinks of all this?
